Platform privacy features make it unable to identify the recipient's name
21/02/2023Recently, the warehouse has received many packages without the recipient's name and phone number. This is because platforms such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, and Douyin have automatically started privacy protection, which prevents the warehouse from sorting the packages and puts them in a no-man's zone. You need to manually turn off the privacy protection function.
The full name of the recipient cannot be displayed after turning on Order Number Protection
All you have to do is go to Taobao and other platforms and follow these steps to disable it:
- 1. click on "My Taobao" in the lower right corner
- 2. click on "Settings" in the upper right corner to enter the settings page.
- 3. Click on "Privacy" and find "Order number protection" to enter the editing page.
- 4. Select "Express pick-up is affected" to turn off the order number protection.
Repeat the above steps to turn off the privacy protection function for other platforms, and then click "Submit".
